I am an experienced General Practitioner with over 22 years in medicine, including 16 years as an NHS GP, Urgent Care provider, and Out-of-Hours (OOH) doctor. I currently practise privately at One Stop Doctors (OSD Healthcare).

I am also a Clinical Reviewer for NHS England, a GP Trainer and an experienced Appraiser for NHS England. 

I completed my medical training at Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’ School of Medicine. I began my career in hospital medicine, gaining experience at prestigious London institutions such as the Royal Brompton, Royal Marsden, Hammersmith, and Charing Cross Hospitals. I completed my Medical Physician exams (MRCP) in 2007 initially embarking on a career in Oncology at the Royal Marsden hospital.

My early academic work included research in gastrointestinal cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, including time at the internationally renowned Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, USA, publishing several articles.

I completed my General Practitioner Training (MRCGP) in 2009, and have been a full time GP since, proudly serving the community in NW London & Hertfordshire. I have held leadership roles in Urgent Care services, including a clinical and management lead for Herts Urgent Care, the UK’s largest out-of-hours provider, until 2024. I conducted weekly clinics and carried out regular home visits al around Hertfordshire since 2009. 

Alongside my clinical practice, I am a certified GP trainer with nearly 15 years of experience mentoring the next generation of doctors both in the UK and internationally.
